Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing time

Orders are packed in our Colorado studio within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00pm MT on a Friday begin processing the following Monday. You will receive a dispatch email with carrier tracking once your parcel leaves us.

Delivery speeds and costs

• Standard: 4–7 business days — $6.95, free on orders over $120
• Expedited: 2–3 business days — $14.95
• Overnight: next business day — $29.95

Delivery estimates are counted from dispatch, not from order placement, and exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard mail. We do not yet ship internationally.

Shipping address accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will refund the order value but not the original shipping cost.

Delays, loss and damage

Carrier delays caused by weather or peak volume are outside our control, but we will help you chase them. If your tracking shows delivered and the parcel is missing, contact us within 7 days so we can file a claim. Parcels that arrive damaged should be photographed before unpacking further and reported within 48 hours.

Taxes and duties

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. There are no import duties on domestic orders.
