2. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud — and will refund you in full if we do.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when your order is placed. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Product information

We describe frames, materials, lens types and measurements as accurately as we can. Colours may appear differently between screens, and hand-finished frames vary slightly between batches. Our sunglasses are non-prescription fashion eyewear with UV400 lenses; they are not prescription eyewear, safety eyewear or medical devices, and should not be used for direct sun viewing.

5. Shipping and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and returns by our Returns & Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, resell access to, or interfere with this site, or use our images, text and brand assets without written permission. All content remains our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and disputes will be heard in the courts of Teller County, Colorado.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.
