Information we collect

- Order information: items purchased, order value, promo codes used.
- Correspondence you send us through the contact form, email or phone.
- Technical and usage data: device type, browser, pages viewed, referring site.
Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our systems. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Why we use it
- To take payment, fulfil orders and provide customer service.
- To prevent fraud and meet tax and accounting obligations.
- To send order updates, and marketing email only where you have opted in.
- To measure and improve the store, using analytics cookies you have consented to.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who need it to run the store: payment processing, shipping carriers, email delivery, and hosting and analytics. They may only use it on our instructions. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Order records are kept for 7 years to satisfy tax rules. Customer service correspondence is kept for 24 months. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, ask us to limit how we use it, and opt out of marketing at any time. California residents may also request details of the categories of information collected and disclosed in the past 12 months. Email infos@renvoxventures.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will never discriminate against you for making a request.
